The Connecticut DeMolay Conclave, scheduled for July 12, 13, and 14, 2024, is fast approaching, and registration is now open.

The Conclave in 2024 will once again take place at the University of New Haven, located at 500 Boston Post Rd., West Haven, CT 06516. We invite you to join us for a weekend filled with brotherhood, events, and the installation of the State Officers for 2024-2025. 

Cost: $125 per attendee

General Information:

Members and Advisors, check-in commences at 3pm on Friday, July 12, and checkout is at 3pm on Sunday, July 14. Dinner will be served on Friday from 5 to 6pm, followed by the State Chapter opening at 6:30pm.

For check-in, enter through Bergami Hall Building. Parking is accessible on both sides of the entrance as you come onto campus. Bergami Hall will be to your right, with check-in situated between the field and Bergami Hall. Campus security and hosts will assist with directions at the main campus gate. University and Conclave staff will manage the check-in process.

Please remember to bring your own bedding, including blankets, sheets, a sleeping bag, a pillow, etc., according to your preference.

The dress code for the weekend includes a DeMolay shirt (available at the DeMolay store) with shorts or long pants. For Sunday’s installation, a dress shirt, dress pants, and tie are required, with a sport coat being optional but recommended.

– Saturday: Sporting Competitions, Templar Games; Ritual Competition; State Officer Elections; additional Sporting Events!
– Sunday: Installation of Officers, Lunch, Conclave Checkout
