Connecticut DeMolay’s most anticipated event of the year is back! Conclave 2026 will take place from Friday, July 10 to Sunday, July 12, once again hosted on the beautiful campus of the University of New Haven.

This exciting weekend will be filled with brotherhood, friendly competitions, and the official Installation of our 2026–2027 State Officers. We’re calling on all members, advisors, and alumni to come be a part of it!

💰 Cost:

$125 per attendee
Includes housing, meals, activities, and a Conclave experience you won’t forget.

📌 General Information:

• Check-In:Friday, July 10, beginning at 3:00 PM
• Check-Out:Sunday, July 12, by 2:30 PM

Friday Dinner: Served from 5:00–6:00 PM
Opening Session: Begins promptly at 6:15 PM with the State Chapter Opening

👉 Check-In Location: Enter through Bergami Hall. Parking is available on both sides of the entrance. Look for signage and direction from campus security and Conclave staff. Bergami Hall will be on your right as you enter; check-in will be located between the field and the building.

🛏️ What to Bring:

• Bedding (blankets, sheets, sleeping bag, pillow — whatever you prefer for a dorm stay)
• Toiletries and personal items
• Comfortable clothes for the weekend
• Chapter pride gear for competitions and photos!

👔 Dress Code:

• General Sessions & Activities:DeMolay shirt (available at the DeMolay Store), with shorts or long pants
• Sunday Installation:Dress shirt, dress pants, and tie
  • Sport coat optional, but recommended
