Saturday February 18th 2023, at the New Haven Masonic Temple we held the 5th annual DeMolay University! Our day started at 10 AM with our first round of classes taught by the State Councilors, the classes included The History of DeMolay, Decisions are Made by those who Show Up, and What are the Next Steps in DeMolay, the advisors also had a youth protection class. Then we had lunch and played a series of Minute to Win it games where the State Officers beat the Chapter Members 13 to 12. This was followed by a second round of classes taught by the ritual excellence committee and the appointed state officers. Finally to round out the day we had a presentation on membership from Frank Nordstrom who is the Director of Membership for DeMolay international. All in all DeMolay University 2023 was a big success!
